Parts Assistant Responsibilities and Duties:

Enters all shipping and receiving orders into inventory system
-
Inventory control- cycle counting
-
Receive and stock parts in proper VMRS location
-
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
-
Audit data for invoicing
-
Track shipments using various websites
-
Responsible for obtaining any documents or information to bill customers
-
Other projects/tasks as assigned by management
Other Skills/Abilities:

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with heavy duty vehicle parts/inventory preferred

Ability to learn and apply basic use of inventory software and equipment

Ability to maintain accuracy
