Annual Company Safety Meeting and Family Picnic

Every year, Barnhart Transportation puts on our annual Company Safety Meeting and Family Picnic. This event is open to all drivers, employees, and their families. Barnhart invites a variety of speakers to the event, highlighting the importance of safety out on the road.

The 2018 Safety Picnic was lead by Great Lakes Insurance, Netradyne, and motivational fitness speaker Siphiwe Baleka. At the picnic, we award our drivers with safety awards, and 5 and 10-year awards of service to recognize their hard work, loyalty, and safe driving. After presentations and awards, drivers have the opportunity to visit vendor booths to discuss new and existing options to enhance safety on the road.

Not only do our drivers and employees benefit from safety presentations, Barnhart's Diesel Technicians train with vendors and the Pennsylvania State Police, guaranteeing top of the line training. There's nothing better than getting our Barnhart crew and families together for education, training, and fun!
